Brand new, with an exquisite choice of colors and furniture, we created a space for guests looking not just a place for staying but an apartment full of wonders.



The Space:

The flat is finely furnished and is composed of a bright bedroom with a king size bed, a side kitchen equipped with full amenities, the living room has a terrace overlooking the city, and lastly a comfortable bathroom where you can relax and enjoy a bath or refresh with a shower. Ideal for couples of groups/ families or groups of up to 4 guests that can enjoy city views through the floor to ceiling windows that in seconds, they can make instant darkness and privacy by our electric window blades on the entire property.

Air conditioning and private heating unit will guarantee maximum conform through the whole year. As well, there is large reserved parking close to our building.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our amazing apartment is perfectly located in new residential development areas of our City, perfectly located, with direct access from the highway. Everything is within reach by a short drive, Baile Felix Resort in less than 10 minutes, while a few turns down the main road will take you directly to the city center.



Getting Around:

City belt highway is super easy to reach. Getting in the center is just a few turns away, around 5 minutes to drive. Direct connection with Oradea Airport !



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
