Welcoming and elegant recently renovated apartment, a stone's throw from Porta Maggiore.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a noble building from 1470, built by architect Antonio Morandi (known as Terribilia). It was the seat of the cultural circle of the Accademia del Gelato and the first private theatre in Bologna. It enjoys a Renaissance garden located in a private courtyard of 1000 sqm, away from noise and traffic. The entrance opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed, desk, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with single bed, desk and wardrobe. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. Furthermore, guests will be able to enjoy the garden, shared with the two other accommodations within the building.
