Romantic apartment located in a hamlet in the Sienese countryside

Located in the green Tuscan countryside south of Siena Castello di Tocchi still exudes a certain antique charm. Recently restored, apartment Casa Lucia is set in the hamlet walls. A few tens of meters from the entrance of the house there is a private garden, where a table, chairs and BBq are in the shadows of mature trees. The views of the surrounding area take in mixed woodlands made up of oaks chestnuts and cork trees, and rolling hills dominated by the peak of Monte Amiata. A holiday at Castello di Tocchi means having a base amongst the green Tuscan hills, a peaceful apartment where in the evenings you can relax in absolute tranquillity after spending your days exploring the numerous walks and pathways winding through the woods or visiting the many delights of Tuscany. The nearest village is Monticiano is about 8 km away, where guests can find supermarket, restaurant and other shops. Visit Siena (about 32 km away) and the magnificent countryside between Monticiano and Tuscan coast; the sulphur spa waters of Petriolo are also nearby.
Recently restored, apartment Casa Lucia is set in the hamlet walls. An External stair case leads to the small terrace, with table and chairs for dining out and to the entrance. Inside there is a living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, fridge, dishwasher, 4 rings cooker, microwaves). On the upper floor, there is single bed in an open room, from which you have access to the bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
A few tens of meters from the entrance of the house there is a private garden, where a table, chairs and BBq are in the shadows of mature trees. To pay on the premises:
in winter central heating: 25 euro per day
Baby cot and bay chair available upon request: 35 euro per week.
Wood for fireplace euro 10 each 20 kg (on request)
Maid service available on request: 15 euro per hour
Inventory deposit: €150.
Pets allowed upon request: to be paid extra 20 euro per animal (2 dogs max are allowed preferably small dogs)
