Cozy summer house in Nykøbing Sjælland

Welcome to this lovely summer house in Nykøbing Sjælland. The summer house offers the best of both worlds: the comfort of a year-round house and the atmosphere and location of a summer house. In recent years, the summer house has received a lot of love, which now fills it with coziness and turns it into an oasis, with plenty of space to find peace and relaxation. For the children there is a large trampoline at the back of the garden.



The house is arranged to provide plenty of space in the entrance hall for your luggage. In the living room, the large dining table invites you to gather for a nice meal, and the soft sofa is perfect for music evenings, cozy moments, and movies. We know how important a good night’s sleep is, so we’ve made sure there are comfortable beds (90x200 cm), as well as both blackout curtains and regular curtains in the bedrooms.



At the moment, the sunroom serves as a lovely extra bedroom until we’ve renovated the last room in the house.



If you are more than four people, there is a charming annex (approx. 20 m²) with a heat pump and access from the garden. It features two beds (90x200 cm), a large desk that can be used as a comfortable workspace, and a sofa bed. Please note: there is no toilet in the annex.



The summer house has TV channels, but also a Smart TV where you can easily stream your favorite series. And of course, there are playing cards and plenty of good board games.



The house is located on a quiet gravel road, with Hov Vig nature reserve just a 5-minute walk away. Here, you will find the most beautiful paths that lead you all the way to Rørvig. When you feel like diving into the waves, the fantastic North Beach is only a 10-minute bike ride away. Here, you'll find the clearest water and the finest sand - so beautiful and delightful! The beach is also suitable for the little ones, as it only gets deep a bit further out.



Nykøbing Sjælland tempts you with a cozy pedestrian street with everything your heart desires in terms of restaurants, cafes, small shops with local delicacies, and more. Rørvig Harbor is only 6 km away, and on the way, Rørvig Streetfood entices with delicious food and green surroundings.



Most everyday activities are within walking or cycling distance, but if you prefer the car, there are also parking spaces at most entrances to the beach. If you arrive by train, it is about 1.8 km on foot from Nykøbing Sjælland station to the house.



There is the possibility to park the car on the property.
