The garage is located on this level and can be used to park a small car or store a bikes or small boats, (garage approx 2.35m wide x 4.50m long x 2m high). Additionally, the Wales Coast Path passes right in front of the house, allowing visitors to explore the entire coastline of Wales on foot or by bike. Llandudno, a popular resort town, is just a 5-minute drive away, boasting several shops, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. Another nearby attraction is the historic town of Conwy, featuring a walled town and a small harbour.
