Villa de la Cloche is a charming house located in the heart of a pretty village of Pouzolles typical of the region and within a 20 minute drive to the popular town of Pezanas. Within strolling distance are a restaurant, shop, winery and a bakery – ideal for picking up fresh croissants for breakfast. Retaining many original features and featuring tastefully furnished, spacious interiors, the house is a great setting for socialising after a day exploring or simply relaxing by the pool. The neighbouring village of Roujan is just 5 minutes’ drive away and provides all facilities you’ll need while beautiful Beziers is around 30 minutes' drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating unit on the first floor landing covering the lounge, kitchen and dining room is included.
Stroll through the picturesque streets of Pouzolles, where you can admire traditional architecture and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Pouzolles is home to a winery where you can taste and purchase local wines. It’s a great way to experience the region’s rich viticulture. The beautiful town of Pezenas, just 20 minutes’ drive away, is a must see. With pretty streets lined with cafes and restaurants and an amazing Saturday market, it’s considered to be one of the most beautiful towns in the region. The wine capital and sun-drenched town of Beziers, already a thriving city when the Romans arrived in 36BC, is a town that takes its merrymaking and dining very seriously. A great place for an afternoon amble, be sure to visit the Romanesque cathedral. Endless choices of seaside resorts begin at around 40 minutes’ drive away and include the stunning resort of Cap d’Agde. Explore the beautiful historical cities of Montpellier, Narbonne, and Carcassonne, with its world-famous medieval fortified city.
