You access the accommodation through a covered outdoor courtyard with patio, barbecue and pizza oven. You climb a few steps and you arrive on an outdoor terrace that can accommodate a group of 12 people. You can then enter the house through its vestibule, that's it, you're on vacation!!!
The house with an area of ​​310 m2 consists of an equipped kitchen, a large dining room with an additional small kitchen and Nespresso + Senseo coffee makers, a large 50m2 living room with a large 2.8m billiard table as well as a than one bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs you will enjoy a reading room and 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own private toilet and bathroom. The other two bedrooms communicate by a door and share a toilet and a bathroom.
On the garden side you will find sun, trees, flowers, a swimming pool and a boules pitch!! The pool is unheated but covered by a dome. In a context where energy becomes a resource to be mastered and the swimming pool is not heated, it is closed between October 01 and April 15.
The house is fully equipped. For babies, we have a cot and high chair available. Sheets and towels are optional at 20€/person to be paid on arrival.
When the keys are handed over, you will need to bring a check for €1000 for the deposit which will be returned to you after the exit inventory. Cleaning is carried out according to Covid standards with disinfection.
