Ranch was as posted. Close to town but out enough for beautiful sky. The hot tub was nice. Perfect for a short family get away. No issue but the loft does require a separate entrance to get to.

Great location, cozy place, attentive host — honestly, that sums it up perfectly. The house is tucked in a spot that makes getting around easy, yet it still feels peaceful and comfortable once you’re inside. The space itself is warm and inviting, with all the basics done right, and a few thoughtful touches that make it feel cared for. The host was responsive and helpful without being intrusive, which made the stay smooth from start to finish. Overall, a simple, pleasant, trouble-free place to relax.

Overall a pretty good stay! Location was great. For 4 people we had no complaints and fit us comfortably. A few minor things we noticed (good/concerns):- shower leaks pretty bad and so we had to use towels to soak the water. When doing so we noticed some mold and what looked like some mushrooms growing in the corner of the bathroom. - downstairs bedroom is right below the upstairs half bath and the paint was peeling pretty noticeably on the ceiling so we were a bit concerned about a possible water leak- there was the sweetest orange kitty outside that was very friendly, honestly thought he was part of the stay (we enjoyed him) and the only picture I took during the stay lol. - the gate was never closed so we didn’t need the gate code- was a little hard to find in the dark so a higher beam outside light would have been helpful. -loved the snacks and water, truly a nice welcome, also AC worked wonderfully we were all cold and they had nice clean fuzzy blankets. - the living room was a great plus, we sat and played games in the evenings, nice huge open area bonus points for it!!

Awesome place. So many small details like coffee, creamer etc. Even make up remover pads. Juat to let the owners know there is an orange striped cat very friendly that did get into the house upon arriving for a minute or so. Not sure whos cat but if you happen to have guest that are allergic to cats my be an issue. Dont think it belongs to the owner but thought i would mention. We named the cat labubu :-) highly recommend this beautiful serene property. Would book again!!!

Price was worth the stay.

Loft only had access thru the outside and I got locked out since we never found the key. Did have difficulty opening the door for the loft, you have to pull out on the door with the last number, then it will unlock. It was raining and I was worried about slipping when walking up and down the stairs due to poor lighting. The restroom in the loft is very tight betweentherestroomandthesink. Did enjoy the downstairs area. Some in the family did enjoy the hot tub. It was easy to access with the instructions provided in the app.

Fabulous Find!

We enjoyed our hill country getaway to this property! The kiddos loved the hot tub and the location to downtown was great as we were close but also felt like we were out in the wide-open! If you have toddlers with you, note that the stairs to the loft don't have siding so just hold hands going up and down the stairs.

Nice cabin

Place was nice and clean , ac was great ,hot tub was nice and clean so no complaints at all . This was just my wife and i and we had a great time , minutes from main street .

there is not a covered parking spot as discription states.House is dusty and cobwebs throughout. Trash can outside was completely full. Could not reach the ceiling fan strings in dining, livingroom. And no light bulbs in bedside lamps.

Very clean and stocked

The house is pretty nice. It does have the stairs on the outside when I booked the house. I didn’t realize that was the only way to get on the loft, but it’s not bad and then the cleanliness was very nice. No problems there hot tub was really easy to operate and it was nice sitting out there. We were out there when they had the wildfire. The caretaker came by and and the police officer when we turned into our home also notified us so that was nice. At least we knew what was going on, but they had said we may get evacuated, but we didn’t so turned out to be really good. I also loved the way it was stocked. It had some paper plates some plastic utensils. It also had some snacks laying around had s’more stuff there is firewood fire the fire pit that made the trip from a 9 to 10 if you’re looking to stay in the area, it’s some good place.
