Casa construida a medida, ubicada cerca del estadio Navy y cerca del centro de Annapolis. Tenemos una sala multimedia dedicada, sala de juegos, piscina, tiki bar en el agua, jacuzzi al aire libre y una cocina gourmet. Hay seis habitaciones grandes y la mayoría tiene baño privado. También hay un apartamento separado con entrada privada. Cerca de la ruta 50 y de tiendas y restaurantes. Dos muelles de aguas profundas. Perfecto para kayaks, canoas y tablas de paddle. No disponible para la semana de puesta en servicio 2018 y 2019.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I stayed for a week and loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had plenty to keep everyone busy. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the home theater and tiki bar. Niki was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We were so sad to leave and definitely hope to be back again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful city.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Our kids liked the game room and media room. All the bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathroom. It was perfect for our needs.

Family vacation

We planned plenty of touring but could have stayed at the house and enjoyed all it had to offer. The adults were comfortable in private rooms and the teens enjoyed the game room and the theater room as well as the pool.

The home is HUGE, so we all had our "space" as needed. The pool was outstanding.

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Found a woman's thong hanging on a bathroom door. Pool table was sticky...had to clean. Basement door doesn't shut tight or lock. Rain gutters are plugged, so dirt and leaves dirty the deck after a rain. Caused us to be concerned about the overall cleanliness of the house.

Gorgeous waterfront house

We stayed at this house during the Easter Holiday and we had a wonderful time. We were 2 families with adult sons and their girlfriends for a total of 11 people. The house has plenty of room for everybody, the master bedroom is gorgeous and the listing accurately reflects that 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (7 bathrooms are listed, but in reality there are 5 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms). We got lucky with the weather, so we could take advantage of the beautiful deck, the paddle boards and all the outdoor amenities that the house has to offer, but the lower floor has also plenty of entertainment in case of bad weather. Niki, the owner, was very helpful and the check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. The house was very clean, but the deck wasn’t and the outdoor furnitures were covered with leaves as our was probably the first rental of the season. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is very well equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, 2 ovens, etc. Unfortunately the dining room only has 6 chairs, so we had to be creative to eat all together! The location of the house is just perfect, sitting on a private waterfront lot just a 10-minute drive from charming Annapolis. We are ready to go back for our next 2-family vacation!

Wedding Weekend

We rented the property for a long weekend for our family. The house was amazing, very close to downtown. Amazing water views. Niki was extremely helpful.

Something for Everyone

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We took advantage of everything- the pool, game room, home theater, gas grill etc. We brought food in and never felt the need to go out to eat. We would definitely go back. Thanks for everything!

Spacious Home for Large Family

The size of the home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and 5 teens. A room with twin beds instead of double would have been very helpful. As a family of avid cooks, we were surprised by the cracked and chipped dinnerware, old pans with peeling Teflon, a dining room for only 6, and a grill with an empty gas tank. We appreciated the nice laundryroom, plenty of towels, and lovely decks & patios.

We stayed here dropping off our son to USNA for I-Day. Great location to the Academy. Plenty of room and loved the outdoor decks and media room!

Family reunion

The owners are awesome. Very easy to get ahold of. Gave us the inside scoop on the local watering hole. Hero's Pub. Well worth the whole 2 minute drive! Lots of steps but quiet area.

Amazing House

Great house, we all had a blast. Every one enjoyed the pool, hot tub and all the other amenities that this house has has to offer. Andy and Nikki were just a pleasure to deal with.we had some weather related issues,they handled it very well. I highly recommend this house.

Family Vacation 2020

When COVID 19 derailed everyone's vacations, our family decided to search for a giant house to spend some time together. Our requirements were as follows: on the water, with a pool, with enough bedrooms/baths so that no one had to share a bed or bath. This house hit the mark on all those requirements and more. We planned a few socially distant activities including horseback riding, jet skiing, a private walking tour of Annapolis and a sunset sailboat ride on Wednesday evening when the sailboat races occur. Other than that, we enjoyed reconnecting with our family who we hadn't seen since lockdown in March. We spent so much time on the lowest level...pinball, pool, ping pong, the movie theater and of course the bar!! We took our own games and movies but didn't need to. The house is fully stocked. And I love that Niki and Andy provide all sheets, bath towels, and pool towels! So much less to pack! Speaking of Niki and Andy they are both great. We got to meet Andy when he stopped by to grab something off the boat. Niki was super responsive all week to my questions on text. It wasn't the international trip we had planned...but it was the perfect house for our Covid reconnect vaca with family instead. THANK YOU NIKI and ANDY!!!

Ideal Property location

The home is beautiful and very spacious for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation's especially the game room and theater. The home could use some additional closet space for renters in the master bedroom. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The manager Niki was very helpful in all of our requests. Looking forward to another Thanksgiving stay.

Great Labor Day weekend retreat

We had such a wonderful weekend. On our way in, we met the owner. When he found out that my son-in-law was looking forward to using the grill, he turned right around and replaced the used tank with a brand new full tank. That was above and beyond expectations! The setting was delightful-right on the water. The amenities were terrific- pool, trampoline, pool table, ping pong table, theater room, grill, more than enough space for all three generations of our family. Kitchen was well equipped- double oven, double fridge/freezer, coffee makers galore.. It was a fantastic end to the summer and we were very happy with everything.

Great property, great owner

This home had everything we wanted for a couples' getaway. Quiet, gorgeous location with water views and privacy. The layout was amazing with multiple outdoor spaces to congregate. The home was well-stocked with necessities including towels, pool toys, blankets, kitchen appliances, etc., all the amenities a vacationing family would need. The owner was more than accommodating and very responsive to requests and questions. She went out of her way to make us feel relaxed and at home. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Property will definitely stay again

The property was beautiful, spacious and had everything one could dream available. Beautiful pool and hot tub, great rooms, huge kitchen and dinning area! Theater room with fantastic system. Boat dock! Ultra peaceful place yet 10 mins to Down Town. Love this place
