Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Grassland meets the city in this newly designed, modern and unique property. This artfully designed apartment sits at the center of the upscale and lush neighborhood of Wilmersdorf in Berlin. Walk down the street to find trendy shops and pre-war buildings scattered throughout the area. When the day is finished, come home to Genera for absolute indulgence.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 85 square meter apartment does not lack space. The large bedroom is complete with a queen size bed and dedicated workstation, all of which is drowned in natural light from the attached balcony. With bathroom envy in the highest sense of the term, Genera includes a grandiose porcelain tub in the detached bathroom.

The open plan kitchen, dining room, and living room are artfully decorated with wooden furnishings and black and white photos of the grassland. Genera features a modern kitchen which is fully equipped and a four seater table, perfect for hosting a dinner party. The living room has an inclusive entertainment system for full relaxation.

Outdoor space is a Berlinese must where Genera reigns. With 1 sun-drenched balcony, Genera invites guests to unwind outside on the outdoor dining set or on the couch. For a cruise outside the city limits, Genera includes onsite parking.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
