Likasi offers comfort and style within its 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom features a queen sized bed that is bathed in light streaming in from the attached balcony. The calming plants and wooden decor create the perfect space to relax and settle in for the night. The modern bathroom features a spa-like walk in shower along with chic amenities.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen are a mark above the rest. The space presents a full entertainment system and a dedicated workstation, making teleworking easy. The four seat dining table is right next to the second balcony, which has an outdoor dining area to help celebrate the Berlin sunshine. The kitchen as all necessary tools and amenities for preparing a delicious home cooked meal. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
