The Resort, being a small village, has a large garden at its disposal. In support of the areas for exclusive use that each accommodation has, there is the common part where there is also a large outdoor swimming pool.



The ancient farm with more than 200 years of history has been transformed and expanded into a small village, as you see it today, into what has become a modern resort on the border between the Val d'Orcia and the Val di Chiana, in the area of the Crete Senesi, one of the most famous and representative landscapes of Tuscany with expanses of rolling hills and unspoiled nature, rich in history and traditions.



Decorated with traditional Tuscan colors, guests are always surrounded by the Italian taste and Tuscan tradition that this place has been imbued with for centuries without giving up the most modern appliances.



The Resort offers its guests fourteen lodgings, all different from each other, in which it is possible to experience the essence of the place. Fully equipped, they are oriented towards ecological sustainability with latest generation appliances and a geothermal heating/cooling system.



At guests' disposal, in addition to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, open during the warm season, a Wine bar where you can have breakfast and a Reception who will be able to help you in all respects in organizing time during your holidays in Tuscany.

This Luxurious Apartment "Olivo" is located on the ground floor and boasts a bright living room with direct access to the terrace and its breathtaking view.



The kitchen is equipped with all the most modern appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.



The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other two rooms can use two other bathrooms.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.
