Located in a modern complex with a shared pool and garden, this 2-bedroom apartment in two floors is a delightfully peaceful and flexible retreat accommodating all types of travellers; from golf enthusiasts to honeymooners, relaxation seekers, and remote workers. The apartment includes a private roof terrace with sunbeds and an alfresco setup. Inside, the air-conditioned apartment offers a stylish, light-filled space adapted for entertaining, relaxing, and dining. The living room has a large sofa with a flat-screen TV in front, a dining setup and direct access to the equipped and sunny private terrace. A fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, among other utilities.

Location

The vacation home is close to La Resina Golf & Country Club and is part of the Sunset Complex. About a 10-minute walk away are a grocery store, bars, and cafes. Within a 10-minute drive from here are activities like Paintball Estepona, buggy rides, and trekking along the Senda Litoral coastal path.

Visitors can also enjoy Playa de Guadalmansa, along with various beach-front cafes and bars, at a quick 8-minute drive from this location. The Animal Park Selwo Aventura is a 6-minute drive away for individuals who enjoy animals. In the meantime, glitzy discos and bars in Puerto Banús are just a 15-minute drive away, and Marbella is another 10 minutes away from Puerto Banús for those seeking the famous Costa del Sol.

Once a fishing village, Estepona is a well-developed tourist destination that has preserved its Andalusian roots and is almost a hidden gem compared to its famous neighbours like Marbella and Fuengirola. It is a great destination to enjoy Spanish culture where tourists will find whitewashed houses with decorated balconies, cobbled streets, quaint cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants, especially in the old town centre (15 minutes). The marina is built on the original fishing harbour and is lined with restaurants and bars serving fresh seafood and paella. Guests can also explore the beautiful and historic city of Málaga, with the cathedral, Roman Amphitheatre, Picasso’s home museum, terraced restaurants and more in about a 1-hour drive.
