About this space A very spacious modern 2 bedroom flat. A New Orleans feel just a few minutes walk away from the Principality Stadium and Cardiff city centre. Perfect for professionals and tourists.
2 Large airy, cosy double bedrooms, filled with character and art from Louisiana & New York.
The flat easily accommodates up to 6 people. The flat also has a very spacious living room, modern fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The space Parking is permit parking, we have a permit for one car to park right outside, anymore than one car there are street surrounding that have many free spaces.
We have tried to give the apartment a New Orleans and a travel feel, we have some authentic art from Louisiana and a plethora of Lonely Planet travel books from all over the world. The apartment is just 6 minutes from The Principality Stadium and the city centre. We have ring smart doorbell for your security. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook for yourself or check out our detailed Phénix Guest book for some great restaurant and bar suggestions. Guest access Guests will have full access to all rooms. Access to the flat will be through use of a smartlock, the code will be emailed to you in plenty of time before your arrival. We also have ring doorbell which we can speak to you when you arrive if we are not there to greet you. Other things to note The candles are for display purposes only.
Strictly no smoking inside.
We have a parking permit for one vehicle and you can park right outside. If you have another vehicle then you can find free parking in one of the surrounding streets.
