## Neighborhood

The apartment is located right in the middle of old town Albufeira, very close to the beach and just around the corner from lots of restaurants, shops, and bars with everything you need for a great holiday. As it is known for having great nightlife, the old town offers nice bars in the evening, but heading a little bit further to 'The Strip' you will find many bars and big clubs. If you're not there for the nightlife and you would like to explore a little of the environment, there are many great options. If you have your own transport, there are many great beaches if you head in the direction of Portimão or Lagos.

## Transit

You can easily get around on foot or use public transport or taxi/uber to travel around town. If you wish to explore the larger Algarve area, a hire car is recommended. Parking in old town Albufeira is challenging, therefore we recommend you to use one of the parking areas on the outskirts of the city and walk or take a taxi from there.
