Modern and cozy apartment a few steps from the Porto Antico of Genoa, in front of the National Gallery of Palazzo Spinazzola.



The apartment is located on the second floor of the ancient Palazzo Pellicceria, one of the Palazzi dei Rolli of Genoa. The recent renovation, carried out under the directives of a well-known architect from Genoa, has preserved the characteristics of the time while providing the property with maximum functionality and comfort in a modern perspective. The building has a a gym, a relaxation area and a laundry room on the first floor, which are available to all residents and guests.

The apartment opens onto the large living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair bed, a desk, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



Amenities such as wi-fi, washer dryer, iron, fans and heating will be available in the accommodation.
