La Dimora di Leonardo is a seaview family villa with a large outdoor area and private garden located about 450 meters from the beach of the Maldives of Salento.

The property is in a private land of about 5000 m2 and it's located in the countryside facing the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse.

La Dimora di Leonardo consists of two houses (LUNA and STELLA), in this listing we will talk about the "Stella" house.

Located in the countryside, with outdoor spaces and sea view, La Dimora di Leonardo will guarantee peace and privacy, it represents the right solution for two families, or groups of friends who would like to share the same place and outdoor spaces, having a separate accommodation with amenities and services.

THE LOCATION

La Dimora di Leonardo is in Pescoluse, in a wonderful rural setting outside the town and close to the sea.

Pescoluse downtown is at about 1 km from the house, with the main services and attractions (grocery stores, markets, café, restaurants, playgrounds, etc.), while the first bigger town is Salve and is located at about 5 km.

Located on the Ionian coast at about 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, the Dimora di Leonardo has the advantage of being also located near the Adriatic coast, with its wonderful and breathtaking landscapes.

CASA STELLA

Casa Stella is about 75 square meters wide, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and is composed of:

- living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and modern and equipped kitchenette with oven;
- two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds;
- a complete bathroom with shower box.

Outside there is a private veranda, the right place to have breakfast or meals outdoors or to relax with the wonderful view of the countryside and the sea.

Casa Stella is equipped with air conditioning (one split) and wi-fi internet, also suitable for remote working activities.

Finally, there is a shared laundry area in the hallway that connects the two houses laterally (shared with the guests of the other house, Luna).


OUTDOOR SPACE

The large outdoor area will allow you to chill and relax, enjoying a pleasant panoramic view of Pescoluse beaches.

The garden is shared between the two houses, it represents the perfect place to feel with the nature, and where your pet can play free, or for tasty barbecues with friends as well.

There is also a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables, managed directly by the owner and also available for the guests.

NEARBY

Pescoluse is not only clear sea and golden beaches, it is also a site of interesting testimonies of the past such as the dolmen Argentina-Graziadei, a megalithic monument of about 3,500 years ago, discovered in 1968 and located a few steps from the Leuca coast-Gallipoli and from the Maldives of Salento.

For trekking lovers we suggest two interesting paths: the "sentiero dei Fani", and "Isola della Fanciulla" trail.

For your pets we suggest you the equipped beach "Eden Salento" less than 2 km from the house, where they will be free to swim and have good time in safety.

Finally, from Pescoluse it is easy to reach other seaside resorts of interest such as Torre Vado (3 km), Torre Pali (4 km), Lido Marini (6 km), Torre Mozza (9 km) and Torre San Giovanni (15 km).
