Prívate house in very safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac.
The house is completely private and not overlooked, you can sunbathe or skinny dip without fear of neighbors watching! The garden has frequent visits from birds, squirrels, hummingbirds, and other wildlife. Occasionally a pair of ducks come for a swim but will leave politely if you want to use the pool yourself! There is a gate at the back of the garden which unbolts and opens onto a large park with two running tracks and fitness equipment.
Inside the front door opens onto a small entrance hall followed by a large open plan sitting/dining room and the kitchen. At the back of the kitchen is a bright office space with double doors leading onto a small deck. Off the living space is a cozy TV room with a big, comfortable sofa. This gives access to the laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
The three bedrooms each has a comfortable queen size bed. The largest is the green room at the front of the house. This has a brand new medium-firm mattress. It has a small TV and a walk in closet and is next to the shower room. The smallest is the blue room, also at the front of the house and looking onto the front garden. This one has a firm mattresses. It is just across the hall from the shower room. The main master bedroom looks out onto the back garden and has its own large ensuite bathroom and a small dressing area. All the bedrooms have dark curtains and the main bedroom and the green room have complete blackout blinds. All of the bedrooms have small reading lights on each side of the bed with a dimmer which will allow you to read without disturbing your partner. But if you want a brighter light, there is also a table lamp in each room.
The central heating and air conditioning can be controlled by the thermostat beside the shower room door.
