The Villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. It is a 10-minute stroll to the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the new town.

The old town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with a beautiful harbour, scenic views and the famous Playa Chica beach. The new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want. There is something for everyone within walking distance of Casa El Paraiso!

This Villa is situated next door to Villa Cartaphilus, Casa Cristal and Casa El Cielo.

Casa el Paraiso is a luxurious, modern and bright villa. Recently purchased and refurbished by P Kelly Villas to the highest standard, the attention to detail and sense of style will be evident on arrival.

As you enter the villa you will be presented with a stunning wall of glass windows, with two triple-sliding doors giving you an uninterrupted view of the luxurious pool and patio area and cactus gardens.

The open-plan living space with high ceilings, features inside dining, kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. The lounge area is equipped with stylish sofas and armchairs and a modern entertainment system including a 52-inch HDTV screen with multiple channels (including English, Irish and Netflix). There is full access to WiFi through the Villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including a fridge-freezer and full-size fridge. The inside dining area has seating for 8 people, with additional kitchen bar stools.

The property boasts stunning gardens surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and high walls, ensuring your privacy. There is an inviting, spacious private pool and patio area, where you can relax in the sunshine on the sun loungers, with the beach towels and parasols provided.

A beautiful, spacious, saltwater pool will keep you cool during the day, and can be illuminated at night, along with the beautiful lights that illuminate the garden and terrace areas. The pool is accessible by the Roman steps.

If outdoor cooking is your pleasure, there is a charcoal barbecue. There is a full range of modern, comfortable garden furniture, including a large dining table that seats 10. Dining al-fresco is a must! An outdoor pool table brings an added touch to the entertainment possibilities.

Casa El Paraiso has five bedrooms (including a bunk room) and sleeps up to 10 people.

A Modern security alarm system, including two safes, is fully fitted to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
