La Vivienda Vacacional LOS JAZMINES es de 1-8 personas con 3 dormitorios con camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama, 2 baños, cocina con lavavajillas, comedor, salón TV con señal internacional, DVD con colección de películas para adultos y niños y 2 terrazas con hermosas vistas donde se puede apreciar el mar y la montaña. Un jacuzzi exterior con aromaterapia con temperatura de 35 grados. Tumbonas para tomar el sol, zona de barbacoa y una ducha en el exterior. Zona de barbacoa. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa, señal Wifi gratis y panel solar para calentar el agua de las duchas.
Esta propiedad se encuentra al noroeste de la Isla de Gran Canaria y debido al clima que ofrece esta zona es muy beneficiosa para la salud, ya que es muy templado y cuenta con sol la mayoría del año. Los paseos o caminatas son muy habituales en esta zona, ya que se puede disfrutar de la vegetación autóctona con una gran variedad de cactus. La zona cuenta con autobuses que van a cualquier punto de la Isla y una parada de taxis que se encuentra al lado de la iglesia de Agaete. Además existe un Ferry que sale y llega a diario del Puerto de Las Nieves a la Isla de Tenerife en tan solo 1 hora de trayecto y una oficina de alquiler de coches ubicada en el mismo puerto. En el Puerto de Las Nieves existen variedad de restaurantes con pescado fresco y mariscos de la zona. Y a tan solo 300 metros de Los Jazmines donde podrá ir caminando y encontrará un restaurante (casa Lolo)y su especialidad son las carnes a las brazas, calamares, paellas y comidas típicas de la zona como las papas arrugadas con mojo y un buen vino.

Tranquil and Spacious

Los Jazmines is located on the side of a hill overlooking the valley of Agaete and its village. On a clear day you can see Tenerife. The property is maintained both inside and outside to a very high standard.Will certainly return to Los Jazmines in the future.

Una casa perfecta

A lovely house with everything you need to spend a perfect Holiday. The terrace is great and offers great view of the valley. It was our second stay in Agaete. The weather was not too good during our stay, but the house was a wonderful place to relax. Orietta is a great host, always keen to help if needed. I strongly recommend this house and this area.

Spacious Rural House in marvellous setting.

We were delighted with this property. The interior was very attractive and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. The main terrace was huge with two smaller sitting areas. The views of the mountains and down to the coast were stunning. The location was on the edge of a small quiet residential area just outside the village. Facilities and places to visit close at hand. Countryside in the area is very lovely. Our hostess was charming and kind.

Wonderful retreat from the world

Los Jazmines feels like a much loved family home with character. We were 3 generations holidaying together for the first time in years. We spent most of our time on the lovely terrace enjoying views to die for but the house inside is very comfortable & very well equipped. The 3rd bedroom (double bed & small en-suite) is actually separate from the main house but very close, up some stairs from the terrace. It gave our adult son some space from a noisy toddler & makes the house ideal for 2 couples/families. Orietta & her lovely daughter Javiera were very welcoming & helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to return.

Perfect Villa

First of all I have to say that Orietta is such a lovely lady and from our first contact by email I felt like I was dealing with a friend. We decided to stay our first night in an hotel near the airport so we could arrive in daylight and I would recommended doing this if you have a late flight. Orietta sent excellent directions from the airport and we found the villa easily even though there was a fiesta in the village and some of the roads were closed. Orietta was waiting for us and showed us around the villa

Wonderful house and lovely host

The house is immaculate, comprehensively equipped and perfectly located in the most attractive valley on the island. Comfortable beds, two modern bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, lots of outside space with fabulous views and great views from inside the house too. Jacuzzi was a treat. Faultless in fact and only 10 minutes walk to a very good and inexpensive local restaurant and a few minutes drive or bus journey to Agaete town and sea water natural swimming pools. Not a party place but that makes it even better. Highly recommended. Thanks to Orietta for a great place to stay.

Peaceful retreat, lovely home

Los Jazmines is a holiday rental of the highest order. I had it for a week at the end of Sept/start of Oct; it was a particularly hot week with daytime temps around 36-38C. The property has a fantastic outdoor covered area with cushioned seating which faces due North, the sun swings round behind the property and sets over in the direction of Tenerife in the evening. We were delighted to have this beautiful covered area which shielded us from a very hot sun. The cool outdoor shower was a very welcome addition, too. The front garden is a treat with jasmine, hibiscus and a lovely pomegranate tree. Inside there is a very functional kitchen with everything you could need to knock up a modest breakfast or prepare a feast to be shared by multiple diners in the wonderful dining room, complete with beautiful table and chairs. A room that unfortunately saw no use from my mother and myself. The living area has a lovely feel, a large feature window giving mesmerising views of the mountains and Agaete valley. Again the decor is really ethnic in feel with a strong African/South American feel. You can tell this has been a family home, and one that the owner has taken great pride and time in configuring. The bathroom has a very good shower, spacious with good pressure. It has an overhead rain shower as well as a smaller, adjustable shower head. A large mirror and good sink. There are two double bedrooms, one bigger than the other. Both are comfortable with good mattresses and plenty of hanging space for clothes. My dealings with Orietta, the owner, were nothing less that prompt, courteous and very professional. It is very important to her that everything is right with your stay at Los Jazmines. Unfortunately we did not get to meet her in person as she had other engagements at the time of our visit. In summary, this place is just gorgeous. Very relaxing indeed, with every detail considered. We found it very hard to leave, only venturing to the the local harbour town of Puerto de las Nieves - which is just great and is worthy of a review in its own right. So, thank you Orietta, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Los Jazmines.

Great relaxing retreat

I just got back from a wonderful 9 day break at this house. It was everything I hoped it wold be. Very clean, spacious, well decorated, peacefuL and relaxing. The directions from the airport were very good and I found the house easily. The owner explained everything I needed to know about the house and area, including hiking paths close by, of which there were many. The weather was great and the jacuzzi and large terrace were the perfect place to relax in after a long walk. Would definitely go back.

Perfect vakantiehuis!

Met twee dochters van 12 jaar oud hebben we een weekje in Casa los Jazmines verbleven. Het huisje is erg gezellig ingericht en de bedden slapen heerlijk. De uitzichten vanuit de woonkamer en het terras zijn grandioos. Op heldere dagen zie je zelfs de vulkaan El Teide op Tenerife van 3300 hoogte. Onze dochters hebben elke dag genoten van de Jacuzzi! De regio is nog niet verpest door het massa-toerisme. Het zandstrandje bij het dorpje La Sardina was ook geweldig. Verder kun je prachtige wandelingen maken in de vallei waarin de woonwijk gelegen is. Al met al kijken we terug om een heerlijke vakantie. Orietta en haar dochter Javiera waren ook zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Orietta nam echt de tijd om even kennis te maken. Wij overwegen zeker opnieuw een keertje terug te komen. Wellicht samen met een ander bevriend koppel. Het huis kun je samen met Casa Los Veroles goed huren. Op deze manier kun je gebruik maken van zowel de Jacuzzi als het zwembad van Casa Veroles. Orietta: muchisimas gracias y saludos carinosos desde Holanda!

Traumhafte Finca in Agaete

Diese traumhaft gelegene Finca in Agaete können wir nur empfehlen. Orietta ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die mit viel Geduld alles erklärt und uns sehr nett empfangen hat. Die Finca ist liebevoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, wunderschöne Möbel, handgefertigte Teppiche...alles hat eine sehr persönliche Note. Der Jacuzzi wurde von uns sehr häufig genutzt. Anfang März war es noch sehr wechselhaft, daher konnten wir abends die schöne windgeschützte Terrasse mit den großzügigen Sitzmöbeln leider nicht nutzen. Aber im späteren Frühjahr oder Sommer muss es herrlich sein, bei Terrassenbeleuchtung den Blick ins Tal von Las Nieves zu genießen. Bei guter Sicht ist der schneebedeckte Teide von Teneriffa zu sehen. Jeder, der lieber etwas abseits des Tourismus Urlaub verbingen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Mit einem Mietwagen ist trotzdem alles schnell zu erreichen. Natur pur mit einem Wahnsinnsausblick. 1000 Dank an Orietta und ihre Tochter, die wir auch kennengelernt haben. Christiane & Jörg

Great house very clean and everything you need. Beds and hot tub were fantastic. We did not rent a car but preferred to walk and got to know the village and locals.. The house was wonderful to relax in especially outdoor. We didnot use indoors so much as the weather was great most of the time. Plenty of room and a well arranged and decorated house. We would most certainly rent the house again. Orietta was a wonderful host.

Une location très agréable a Agaete

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable, bien équipée et décorée avec gout. La propriétaire s'est montrée très soucieuse et prévenante pour que nos vacances se passent bien. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme avec la réalité quant à la description de la maison. Le quartier est très calme et la région splendide. Je la recommande vivement, que ce soit pour aller découvrir la région ou tout simplement se reposer ! Muy bien !!!

Home-like wonderful house in beautiful Valley.

We were six people who truly enjoyed our vacation in the house (4) as Well as the studio (2). Outside surroundings are perfect all Day long, sunsets over teide/tenerife are unforgettable. The beautiful house with a personal atmosphere functions Well, the beds are very comfortable. The Local restaurant is highly recommended. We Will definately come back, next time maybe 10 persons, using the two connected, yet separated houses.

Beautiful remote property, peace & quiet in Agaete

This is an absolutely beautiful property. It is close to the port with ferries to Tenerife, which was a bonus for us since that was our next destination. Located on the side of a hill, there are remarkable views of the Agaete Valley and the Atlantic Ocean. Orietta has decorated this place tastefully, so it will quickly feel like a home away from home. We loved the comfortable, large outdoor couch, as well as several outdoor eating areas to enjoy the views. There was also a 3-seater jacuzzi, which we used every day of our stay. There was a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, wifi, and plenty of towels. The location of this property is remote. It is part of a small neighborhood, but it is far (about an hour's drive) from some of the tourist destinations like Maspalomas and Mogan. Navigating Agaete (the nearest town) takes some getting used to, as it is a confusing town that you must drive through anytime you go anywhere via the main road. (We recommend arriving during daylight hours, as it was challenging to find our way in the dark!) However, this house is perfect for peace and quiet, if that is what you are looking for on your vacation. Orietta was a very gracious, helpful hostess. She was patient with us when we arrived later than expected due to a rental car delay. She even drove in front of us to get to a nearby grocery store. Orietta made suggestions for what to do on Gran Canaria and was accessible by email with any questions that we had.

Sehr sehr schön, alles bestens vorbereitet das man wirklich fast wie zuhause wohnen, weilen, kochen, schlafen und ausruhen kann. Super ausgestattet mit allem was man sich denken kann. Bibliothek, DVD, TV, Netflix, Movistar, Klima, BBQ, u.v.m. Highlight das Jacuzzi und viele schöne Ecken um sich zurückzuziehen, Terrassen mit schöner Aussicht auf Berge und Küste, Ideal für Familien und/oder 2/3 Eheparre. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles im allen Top Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für die schönen Tage.

een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek

het huis is superschoon, evenals de verschillende terrassen en jacuzzi. er is van alles op voorraad, koffie, thee, kruiden, etc. Het is fantastisch gelegen met een parkeerplaats voor de deur. het uitzicht vanuit woonkamer en terras is verpletterend mooi. je kijkt uit op de groene bergen en naar de zee aan het eind van de vallei. leuke wandelingen te maken in de directe omgeving, de vallei van Agaete. vanaf het vliegveld is het plm. 50 minuten rijden. Orietta geeft vooraf prima informatie via de app en is voor alle vragen bereikbaar en reageert heel snel.

tres agréable sejour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable, entretenue avec goût et tres bien équipée. Beaucoup d'espace. Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants jeunes adultes. Our first time in Gran Canaria and we could not have picked a nicer place to stay. The property is well fitted out with everything you need for a relaxing week with friends or the family. With the out door area under the veranda you can be out side in any weather and be well protected from it all. The house gets a good amount of sun and, when we were staying in February, cools down nicely in the evening. As the cook in the family I had everything I needed in the kitchen and we also made full use of the gas BBQ out the back. All the usual appliances and even a robust blender for making soups or frozen cocktails. Plenty of everything if you're entertaining. We are looking forward to our next stay here next year with friends.

This was a really gorgeous house - beautiful location and very well equipped. The owner was helpful and friendly and Agaete has everything for an interesting and active holiday. Lovely coast - swam in Las Salinas every day and relaxed in the hot tub at night looking at the view.

Superbe endroit

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique résidence. Belle maison chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Il est très agréable de profiter de la belle terrasse très bien aménagée. Le paysage est magnifique, cette maison est entourée de montagnes et de verdure et elle est très bien située. Merci à Orietta pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.

Mi nombre es Orietta y soy la propietaria. Mi casa la atiendo personalmente, ya que me encanta conocer a mis clientes y dar un trato personalizado. Adoro las flores en mi jardín y cuido cada detalle para que resulte acogedora y atractiva la casa.

Escogí esta propiedad por las vistas al mar y a la montaña y por ser un lugar muy tranquilo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Estamos en la montaña pero muy cerca del mar y también contamos con un jacuzzi exterior con aromaterapia con una temperatura de 35 para esos días que no apetece salir sino quedarse en casa descansando, desconectando del día a día. La vida que se hace en el exterior es fantástica, ya que el clima templado que ofrece Gran Canaria nos permite disfrutar al aire libre muchos momentos en familia y en pareja.
