Blending into the dramatic landscape and perfectly positioned for watching the sun journey across the sea, it is an ideal property to enjoy this sophisticated island in private mode and full relaxation with family or favourite friends.



External Living | Private Heated Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 100m² lawn area and is embellished with a 30m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,60 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

*For easy access in the Villa, a portable ramp is available upon request.


Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide and swing) for our younger guests and a ping pong table to master your skills, inspiring adventure and togetherness.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.



Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This glamorous property meets luxury at its higher end and its most premium form. Elegant and stylish, the luxurious Villa boasts six sublime bedrooms & six en-suite bathrooms (plus one shared bathroom on the ground floor) enjoying natural tones & flaunting unique design with perfect attention to every luxurious detail and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. Three more guests can be accommodated: two of them in the single couches (0,90x2,00) located in two of the first floor bedrooms and the last one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request in one of the bedrooms -(*alternatively a child can be accommodated in a small couch located in one of the ground floor bedrooms). The maximum capacity is 15 guests.

Location Overview 

Nos Duos Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
