With a chic living room, refined dining room and courtyard garden, you’ll have all that you need to fully enjoy your stay. And with our 400 TC 100% sateen cotton sheets & deep mattresses, you'll be fully rested.
The Space:
A scenic stroll over Magdalen Bridge will take you right to the heart of the city within minutes where you can explore the historic college grounds and all that our beautiful city has to offer.
With a fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi, chic living room with smart TV, elegant dining room and courtyard garden, you’ll have all that you need to fully enjoy your stay.
Jeune Street is home to both The Ultimate Picture Palace, a quirky independent cinema showing an eclectic mix of independent, mainstream, foreign and classic films, and the architectural grandeur of the Oxford Methodist Church, and is a stone’s throw from an amazing collection of vibrant bars, live music venues, restaurants and shops, as well as lovely local pubs and cafes. The area is home to a thriving community of creatives, young professionals and families and has a wonderfully relaxed, inclusive feel.

Three tastefully decorated and comfortable luxury first floor bedrooms:
1 x King Size Bed, 1 x Double Bed, 1 x Adult Size Bunk Bed with trundle (max 3 people).
King Size and Double Beds have Goose Down and Feather Duvets and Pillows.
Electric fan available.
CHILLING OUT
After a long day of sight-seeing, kick back on the comfy sofas in the LIVING ROOM and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV with on demand apps. Please note: You will require your own login details for on demand apps. Regular TV channels not available.

Fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Kettle, Toaster, Microwave
- Oven, Gas Hobs
- Fridge, Freezer
- Washing machine
- De'Longhi Infinissima Pod Coffee Machine

Getting Around:
Everything is near enough to get around on foot. There are also regular buses nearby if you prefer. There is free parking at the beginning and end of the road and immediately adjacent on St Clement's St. There is also a paid car park just 2 minutes’ walk away (St. Clements car park). Also I would highly recommend 'JustPark' online for affordable, local, parking options.
Other Things to Note:
SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.
FIRE PLACE
The fire place is for display only, it is not to be used.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.
PARKING
Whilst there isn't parking on my premise however there are spaces at the beginning and the end of the road and a paid car park just 2 minutes’ walk away (St. Clements car park). Also I would highly recommend 'JustPark' online for affordable, local, parking options.
There is Thornhill Park and Ride (£4 per day for parking, up to 3 days) which is near to J8/M40. Then just 15 minute bus journey (bus number 400) to the house in St Clements.

The property is on ground and first floor with a regular staircase.
