Cicladi Paxos Apartment is a 5-bed apartment for rent in Torre San Giovanni, for vacations less than 50 meters from the sea in the resort on the Ugento coast.
The house is on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets in the rooms.

The Paxos apartment is on the second floor, reached by stairs leading to a furnished balcony for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a living room with dining room, TV and single sofa bed (not pictured). The living room leads to the kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room with ante-bathroom.

The Cicladi Paxos apartment is located in Torre San Giovanni, marina of Ugento. It is just 50 meters from the sea and one of the resort`s equipped lidos.
The center is close and can also be reached on foot with a walk along the seafront promenade. The beaches of Gallipoli are also very close, such as Punta Pizzo and Punta della Suina just 15 km away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared external entrance with another apartment.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
