Its location along the Strandweg near Nes makes this house ideal for guests who enjoy being active and exploring the island, without giving up warmth and coziness. 

From the house you can step straight into the Nessemerbos, perfect for a morning walk, a stroll with the dog or a relaxed bike ride towards the sea. The village of Nes is about 1.5 kilometres away and offers a wide range of small shops, cafés and restaurants. Nature, beach and village life all come together here within easy reach. 




Living room and kitchenThe bright living room is comfortably furnished with a cosy seating area, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace that adds warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. Both via the kitchen and through the French doors in the living room you have direct access to the terrace.
 

Bedrooms and bathroomOn the ground floor there is a bedroom with a practical bunk bed that can be pulled out to create a double bed.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
 
The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and features a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
 

Enjoying the outdoorsThe terrace is furnished with a comfortable lounge set and invites you to relax outside after a day at the beach or a walk through the forest, enjoying the fresh island air.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
