Living room with lovely large lounge sofa and open kitchen which is fully equipped: with dishwasher, oven, gas stove, kettle and coffee maker.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with an extra television and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and sink. The other has a bath, shower and sink.
Through the living room and also entrance, you reach the south-facing terrace with a large dining table and garden with lots of privacy in the summer.
There is also free WiFi and you can use a washing machine and dryer. You can also use the swimming pool subscription (outdoor pool from May to August).
Private parking available.
Environment
Ballum is centrally located on the island. You can be on the golf course (9-hole links course and par 3 course) in Hollum in a few minutes or you can go shopping in the pleasant village of Nes by bike.

For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
