This holiday home has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is an external utility with a washing machine, off-road parking for two cars in the on-site car park, a patio with furniture, and access to the site grounds with a lake. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 2.8 miles and a pub within 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the lake on-site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: The stairs have a handrail. 10 Ruston Reaches is a charming base for a delightful trip to Norfolk. Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

This is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coastline, as it is only a few miles inland from magnificent beaches.
