Its roots date back to the 17th century, when it belonged to a noble Florentine family. In 2011, it was refurbished, thanks to a renovation that combines the ancient with the modern. Here, a world of luxury and comfort awaits you, surrounded by breathtaking views.
On its terraces, surrounded by oak trees, olive trees, and vineyards, tranquility reigns supreme. A walk through these beautiful grounds can lead to unexpected encounters with nature: deer, hares, and pheasants. The garden and panoramic terrace, adorned with modern furnishings, invite you to relax outdoors. Tables, chairs, sofas, and a barbecue await to satisfy your every culinary desire.
Under the reassuring shade of the portico, an elegant table for eight is ready to host breakfasts and lunches during the hot Tuscan days. Last but not least, the swimming pool (14 x 7m) is an oasis of coolness, crowned with sun loungers and sofas.

Please note that the Mugello area is a popular destination for motorcyclists, so on weekends you may hear motorcycles from the scenic road about 1.5 km from the villa.

Description of the interior
Villa Le Croci (220 m²) has been renovated, but many of the original decorations and materials have been retained, such as natural stone, beamed ceilings, and terracotta tiles.
The bedroom furniture is in the classic Florentine style.

Ground floor: there is a large dining/living room with a wooden table for 8/10 people, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, American coffee machine, and dishwasher), a thermo-fireplace, a triple bedroom (with 3 single beds), and a full bathroom with washing machine and double shower.
The living room and bedroom are equipped with flat-screen TVs and air conditioning.

First floor: a wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor.
There are 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one triple with 3 single beds) and 3 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers.
Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and is equipped with air conditioning.
Finally, outside you will find a living area under the porch with a large dining table and sofas for relaxing in front of the pool and solarium area.

Villa Le Croci is a country house that is absolutely perfect for a healthy and relaxing stay in a beautiful location surrounded by green hills but very close to Florence.
