Creta Sun Luxury Apartments is a brand-new, small complex of apartments situated in the town of Rethymno, in the suburb of Perivolia, near the beach and all the amenities offered by the resort.



The complex consists of 4 studios and 4 mezzanine-style apartments. The apartments have a mezzanine style and each has a size of 45 sqm, accommodating up to 3 persons. Each apartment features a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a dining table, a modern shower/WC, and a balcony with patio furniture. An internal staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed.



All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi.



At the entrance of the building, there is a small reception area, and outside, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds. A small gym is available, and all rooms are accessible via an elevator.



The location of the apartments is ideal, as they are just 300 meters away from the long sandy beach that Rethymno town offers, 50 meters from a large supermarket, and within a short walking distance to taverns and restaurants. A bus stop is conveniently located just 100 meters away.

Comfortable

Very clean and ideally situated appartment. We were on the second floor, where the beds are located in an open loft. What we liked most where the beds! Very, very good: new, big, comfortable box spring. The old town is at walking distance.

der Aufenthalt

Das Haus und damit das Appartement sind recht neu und äußerst sauber. Das gilt auch für den Außenbereich mit dem kleinen Pool. Auch der Aufzug hat immer funktioniert. Der freundliche Besitzer war regelmäßig vor Ort und entsprechend ansprechbar. Wir fanden anfangs das Angebot an Schüsseln etwas ungenügend, aber nachdem wir ihn darauf angesprochen hatten, wurde der Mangel schnellstens behoben. Was uns besonders positiv überraschte, war der Service. Eine nette Reinigungsdame erneuert alle zwei Tage die Handtücher, ggf auch Bettwäsche und wisch das Appartement jedesmal gründlich durch. Die Umgebung ist vielleicht nicht so toll, aber ruhig, wenn man von krähenden Hähnen mal absieht. Aber man fliegt wohl nicht nach Kreta um den ganzen Tag die Aussicht zu bewundern. Auf der anderen Seite fanden wir es sehr angenehm den Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu haben. Und zu dem schönen Sandstrand sind es zu Fuss auch nur wenige Minuten. Zum Abschied bekamen wir noch eine kleine Flasche Olivenöl aus der Produktion des Besitzers.

Séjour à Réthymnon

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, avec toutes les commodités autour du logement. Par contre, la chambre en mezzanine ne bénéficie pas de la climatisation et pas de fenêtre pouvant s’ouvrir afin d’évacuer la chaleur importante, donc nuit difficile lors des grosses chaleurs.

Wunderschönes neues Apartment

Das Apartment ist total modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, vor allem wenn man Kreta mit dem Auto bereisen möchte. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und ein Supermarkt ist auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Küche ist zudem voll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn in der Dusche eine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf und Handtücher gewesen wäre.
