Spacious 4 Bedroom Character Home in Pontcanna!

If you like character, modern, spacious and bright places, then we have the ideal home for your stay. This beautiful house is decorated to the detail, nothing’s been missed and has all the mod cons to guarantee you an amazing visit, that’s if you even manage to leave the house!

This is one of the most sought after areas in Cardiff, just a short walk to the City Centre and right next to Pontcanna fields. There are also plenty of independent shops, cafes and bars nearby in this trendy area.

Our favourite part of the house is the kitchen diner, a beautiful open plan area, with fantastic art, modern furniture and excellent lighting. This is the ideal place for the whole family to spend some quality time, and have dinner over the dining table that comfortably fits six people. The kitchen is recently renovated, super modern, with lots of space to prepare an amazing roast or a gorgeous Christmas dinner as it’s fully equipped. There’s an outside courtyard/garden with doors opening from the kitchen/diner, it has a table with chairs for you to enjoy breakfast on a sunny day. The main living room is at the front of the house and is a modern and fresh area to chill and watch TV. There is a second living area with a sofa to sit and read a book.

The bedrooms are located over the first and second floor. The main bedroom has a king size bed and lots of space with nice big windows that let lots of light in. The second bedroom has again a king size bed with plenty of space and storage for your stay. The third bedroom has a double size bed, storage space and a clothes rail. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor which is very spacious with Velux roof windows that let lots of light in. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bath and the other one with a shower. They’re beautifully decorated and new, in line with the rest of the house.
-Parking - Free street parking is available near the property but not directly outside the house. Free parking spaces can sometimes be hard to find at peak times, do make sure not to park in resident zones.
-Professionally laundered linen, towels and toiletries.
-Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
