The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed serviced by an en-suite bath and shower. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio with seating and hot tub, along with designated parking for one car, and an overflow car park. With effect from 8th August 2024 strictly no use of hot tub after 10pm. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. The ancient Parys mountain copper mines, with their lunar-like scenery, are seven miles away. The village bar in Llanfechell offers traditional beers and a friendly atmosphere. The charming seaside community of Cemaes Bay is close by and has three bars, a few shops, a natural harbour that is protected, and a sandy beach that is perfect for family outings and safe swimming.
