This area also incorporates a small kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a coffee machine.

Location

The property is located on the southern tip of the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia, in the district of Veruda Porat a 7-minute drive/ 33-minute walk from the centre of Pula. In Pula\'s old town visitors will discover many boutiques, bars, eateries and historical sites, including; the Arch of the Sergii, Pula Cathedral and the Temple of Augustus. The city’s Roman Amphitheater sits just outside the old town and is one of the largest surviving Roman arenas in the world

Those in search of a sunny beach day are spoilt for choice with numerous coves and beaches dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character and many within a 5-10-minute drive from the property.

There are also many sports facilities in the vicinity including tennis, beach volleyball, hiking trails, climbing and bicycle paths with bicycles for hire. Additionally, the sports harbour provides opportunities for; diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing and rowing. From the ferry port in Fazana (a 20-minute drive) visitors can reach the Brijuni Islands, a national park with beautiful natural landscapes featuring a golf course, archaeological sites, beaches and a safari park.
