The loft is located in Ispica about 9 km from the Mediterranean sea and about 40 minutes by car from the most visited major cities in South-Eastern Sicily (Syracuse-Avola-Noto-Marzamemi-Portopalo di Capo Passero – Pozzallo – Modica-Scicli-Ragusa Ibla ), and combines a vivid baroque, liberty and archaeological heritage with a clear sea that is reflected on the horizon on a suggestive and uncontaminated coast (Blue Flag).

The loft, elegant and bright, is made up of a spacious dining room (equipped with hob-oven-fridge-freezer-dishwasher-coffee machine and commonly used appliances), laundry room, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (both with showers, one of which also has a bathtub), a large veranda with a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, from which it is possible to admire on one side the marvelous panorama which, starting from the Cava d'Ispica, unfolds as far as the south-eastern coast of Sicily, while from On the other side, a Smart TV is installed on the wall to enjoy moments dear to you in total relaxation (sports events-TV series, musical entertainment...)
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, Smart TV (Netflix-Prime Video…) and ceiling fixtures with curtains and shutters that open and close electrically, which allow you to enjoy the nocturnal universe from your bed, where you can fall asleep watching the starry sky and wake up welcoming the dawn of a new day.
