Freshly renovated with impeccable finishes, our property offers two stylish bedrooms for your stay. The master bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second smaller bedroom houses a comfortable three-quarter bed - an ideal arrangement for two couples seeking a serene retreat. The house includes a large, state-of-the-art shower in the bathroom for a rejuvenating experience, as well as a generously sized kitchen for all your culinary needs. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort in this exquisite getaway.

For the usage of the hot tub, please kindly adhere to the following rules:

1. Mandatory adult supervision is required for users under the age of 18.
2. Fake tan is not allowed in the hot tub so if you or another guest has any on please remove it before entering the hot tub, it can damage the filters.
3. Be aware that the hot tub will undergo daily checks for safety and functionality. It may be temporarily unavailable during your stay if any anomalies or safety concerns are identified.
4. Kindly switch off the jets when they are not in use to conserve energy.
Please keep the hot tub covered when not in use for safety and cleanliness.

Noise:
While we encourage you to enjoy the garden to its fullest, we kindly request you to keep excessive noise levels down, particularly after 9pm, in respect of our neighbours.
Other things to note
Please note: Our property has a strict no-child policy.

We would like to emphasize that this property has been specifically designed and furnished for the comfort and convenience of adult guests, which means it is not equipped or suitable for children. This includes infants and toddlers.

The layout and amenities of our accommodation do not support child safety measures such as safety gates, childproofing, or suitable sleeping arrangements for young ones. Our policy is set in place not only to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests but also to prioritize the safety of our younger visitors.

We understand that traveling with children involves special considerations and needs, and our property might not be the best fit for those requirements. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our no-child policy.
