Casa Chiara is a welcoming 70 square metre structure, perfect for hosting up to five people. The layout of the spaces includes a double bedroom, where you can relax and rest in complete tranquillity. Additionally, there is another private room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and, in the main room, you will find an additional single sofa bed.



One of the most surprising features of this holiday home is its privileged position: it directly overlooks Lake Garda, offering a spectacular view of this magnificent body of water. You will be able to enjoy moments of relaxation on the private balcony, admiring the breathtaking panorama and breathing the fresh lake air.



Also available is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, which will allow you to comfortably manage your daily needs. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals during your holiday. You will find hobs, oven, refrigerator, pots, crockery and utensils, allowing you to cook as if you were at home.



For your entertainment, the holiday home is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi connection, allowing you to stay connected and enjoy your favourite programmes or browse the Internet. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
