Within walking distance to the famous village of Roussillon this wonderful 3 bedroom house sits on a hillside with a magnificent view across the Luberon valley. The large grounds ensure calm and privacy, and the house and poolside both offer relaxation and fun.
- Inside -
Entering into the house you have the whole house open up with the ability to see from the entryway through the lounge to the dining area and then onto the kitchen with plenty of opportunities to take in the views as you move between rooms.
• The living area has 2 sofas and a large 75inch smart TV making this room ideal for relaxing as well as for entertainment.
• The dining area leading on from the lounge has a view out to the garden through the patio doors and has sufficient space for 8 people to eat together.
• Moving on from the dining area the Kitchen is a large high ceilinged room ideal for socialising around the long central peninsular, whilst the designated chef puts together delightful dinners and tempting patisserie breakfasts.
The kitchen has all the kitchen essentials including a fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster.
From the kitchen you have access through patio doors to the terrace and pool, or to the side where there is a covered dining terrace.
• A kitchen utility room provides a separate area for washing and drying clothes, ironing board etc.
- Bedrooms -
The house sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the lower flower and the others on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
• Bedroom 1: On the ground floor this is a bright and sunny twin bedroom with dual aspect views and patio doors leading to the garden, there is a wardrobe and fan, and next door is the bathroom.
• Bathroom 1: Bathroom for Bedroom 1, it has a shower, sink and w.c.
• Bedroom 2: Moving upstairs this bedroom has a 160cm double bed, built in cupboards, chair, fan and views out to the garden and valley beyond. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3: Another inviting bedroom with a view to the garden and valley on 2 sides, with a 160cm double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan and chair. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
• Bathroom 3. A Shower room with basin and w.c. for Bedroom 3
- Outside -
From the parking area that has enough space for at least 3 cars you can enter the house directly or descend a gentle gradient to the terrace level where there is shaded relaxation spot to take in the views across the Luberon valley and the gardens.
Down a few steps you reach pool level that has 4 sunbeds and some comfortable seating with parasols.
Next to the kitchen there is a covered terrace for dining outside no matter the weather and a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.
The grounds offer plenty of space for exploring and playing, the house offers the visitor a wonderful holiday haven that benefits from Roussillon a short walk away to experience all the benefits of the village whilst being central for visiting the other Luberon villages such as Gordes, Menerbes or Bonnieux just 10 - 15 minutes away by car.
The cities of Marseille, Avignon and Aix en Provence are also well worth the visit and are within 45 to 1 hour or so of the house. For those wishing a beach outing there are many around the Marseille area.
