Vine Cottage is a beautifully presented Cotswold holiday home, which sleeps four guests, in two contemporary bedrooms, with two stylish bathrooms. The characterful period features of the upstairs bedrooms have been seamlessly combined with the spacious open plan sitting/dining room on the ground floor, the perfect setting for cosy nights in by the wood burning fire. Outside, the south facing garden offers a luxurious hot tub, tranquil setting and an outdoor dining area. Perfectly situated in a peaceful mews just off Chipping Norton high street, Vine Cottage provides a wonderful refuge after a day exploring the Cotswolds and even welcomes one dog!

This two bedroom holiday cottage in Chipping Norton is perfectly suited for friends or family looking to explore the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Truly a quietly situated cottage in the midst a a quaint little town

You know when you've picked a good one, don't you! When you first enter and think YESS! If you need a short break in the middle of plenty of places to explore, close to all conveniences. Next time I come I won't bring any shopping, just turn up, relax and breathe. Lovely town, pubs, shops, plenty of National Trust nearby, cosy interior and exterior. We went in October, hot tub, log burner, lovely slouchy couch, everything you need. Don't read any more reviews. Just book!

Fantastic location for a family plus dog stay in Chipping Norton. Cottage was lovely with the hot tub & welcome goodies an added bonus. Perfect location for dog walks & nearby attractions Bourton On the Water & Diddly Squat. Would highly recommend

Charming and ideally located!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage for our 3 day trip to the Cotswolds. Centrally located to restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store, it was also a quick hop to all things Clarksons Farm. Very clean with some grocery staples stocked and a welcome basket of goodies. Host goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met.

Cosy Cotswold Stay

Vine Cottage was a fantastic place to stay during our trip to the Cotswolds. Excellent location close to brilliant walks, lovely pubs and local attractions like Diddly Squat Farm. The cottage was superbly equipped, very clean and the addition of a hot tub was a great feature. Already planning to come back!

A Wonderful Cotswold Stay

If you are thinking of booking, you won’t be disappointed! Vine cottage was the perfect home to relax in after a day of exploring! The cottage is nestled away in the centre of town, but still manages to feel cosy and quiet, with easy private parking (always a bonus!). The photos don’t do justice to how nice the cottage is inside, with everything you need and more, the thoughtful touches around the home for both us and our dog, made our stay feel really special. Thank you so much for a wonderful break!

Having enjoyed the cotswolds for a brief holiday, vine cottage was an excellent choice. It is roomy, comofrtable, and clean. Very much recommendable.

Organised company and well appointed house

Vine Cottage is tucked away in a complex array of houses but with its own garden and private parking. The property is excellently appointed with everything you could possible need for a stay and the food welcome pack a generous bonus. The accommodation is finished to a high specification and we loved the log burner and the hot tub. Essentially tucked away behind the Main Street in Chipping Norton - whilst not the picturesque town one finds in the Costswolds - there is a good array of pubs with food, takeaways, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. It is worth noting the rule that dogs are not allowed upstairs so if your pets are used to having their beds parked close to you, this may not be the best choice. Other than that, Vine Cottage gets a definite thumbs and paws up from us and StayCotswolds would be our go-to company for future rentals.

Beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed every minute. It was very cosy. We were lucky the weather was sunshine and blue sky for a few days. The bed was so comfortable, the house so warm and hospitable, but we were just a bit disappointed about the hot tub which needed to be updated - it was not powerful enough to massage. Thank you for letting us stay, we will come back again soon thank you.

Perfect stay

We arrived during a cold spell of weather, -5 degrees, to open the door into a beautifully warm, clean, spacious and modern cottage with a log burner which we lit almost immediately. The cottage had all the essentials we could need and the icing on the cake was the hot tub, which we used. Getting out of it was the worst bit!! We spent our (not enough) days driving around the local area and finding some lovely walks. Will definitely be back.

Great little house for family of 4.

We love the house! From the hot tub, the lock hen eggs, to the wood burning coziness in the lounge, everything is great! We were welcomed pretty Xmas tree/lights. Lounge is big with the instruction book and electric car charging card in the table. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom downstairs was so spacious and bright. Most importantly, the bath tub was big and warm for my baby girl and me to enjoy the bath together. Upstairs bedrooms were quiet and comfy. Only drawback was the path to the cottage was sooooo dark we could fall!

Wonderful stylish cottage in excellent location

What a super cottage. Very clean and equipped to a very high standard. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the hot tub. We also appreciated the welcome goodies. Very quiet despite being in the town. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent - highly recommend!

We stayed at Vine Cottage for the weekend and had the most wonderful time. The cottage was very well presented and comfortable and absolutely everything had been thought of. There was a welcome pack including bread, butter, milk and eggs, with a chilled bottle of wine too! This was alongside a laid fire in the log burner! The hot tub was a fantastic addition and the cottage itself was set back from the main road which was so peaceful. Equally the high street was only a few minutes walk away. Cannot fault anything with this place… we loved it and will definitely be returning! Thank you so much.

Really nice stay

We very much enjoyed our time at vine cottage. The location is excellent and very quiet considering the proximity to the town. Very private also. There is an Indian restaurant very close by so the cooking smells sometimes were a little strong so we had to shut the doors but it's certainly not offensive and we would stay again. We had an issue with the hot tub during our stay but property management were very quick in helping us get it sorted to use although not fixed as this would take a few days to source and we only had a few nights.

Beautiful home

The house in Chipping Norton was absolutely beautiful, all our needs were catered for, the welcome basket was a lovely touch.Everything was spotless, clean and tidy, the decor was perfect, we could not have wished for a better home to stay in. It was a perfect location for seeing the Cotswolds we would definitely stay again

Lovely cottage in heart of town

The cottage was great. Hot tub a big plus and was ready on our arrival. Kitchen well equipped and modern. Big comfortable lounge for relaxing in. Right in the heart of chipping norton but away from the High Street so was very private and peaceful.

Cute cottage and a great base for exploring the Cotswolds

Vine Cottage is hidden away on a mews street just off the main road, which means great accessibility to the high-street and all the amenities around. It's the perfect size for couples, though i'd say a little bit small for a group of 4, particularly with just one parking space available. It's well kept, clean, with some nice welcome amenities on arrival. The hot tub was a nice addition but too chlorinated to enjoy. We noticed the water from all the taps / showers etc had a strong chlorine smell to them which was strange. Must be cautious of the low beams in the bedrooms and en-suite. Also the bedrooms do get very hot & the blind was broken in one of the bedrooms, so use of the fans was welcomed.
