Este moderno ático se encuentra frente al mar en Marina Wendtorf y cuenta con una amplia terraza en la azotea con impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar y al encantador puerto deportivo. Tanto el salón como la terraza ofrecen vistas impresionantes, perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje.

La cómoda sala de estar y la cocina, de planta abierta, dan acceso a la gran terraza de la azotea. La cocina incluye una estufa y un wok para cocinar de forma versátil. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana, mientras que hay dos plazas adicionales disponibles en un sofá cama en el salón. El baño está equipado con ducha de efecto lluvia con función de vapor y calefacción por suelo radiante. Las opciones de entretenimiento incluyen un televisor con reproductor de Blu-ray y una barra de sonido con Bluetooth. Una chimenea de bioetanol crea un ambiente acogedor.
