The municipality's garbage bin is 200m on the left just as we go up the road above the house, through the dirt road.

There is no baby crib/bed, if it works for you, you can sleep together in a normal bed or bring your own cot.

The Peramos area has quite a few mosquitoes, so we will provide you with a repellant to light up outside when you are there. Still, we advise you to also get something else in your war with them too(like pre/post sting salve or something else)

The bars on some doors are from previous people and are not functional, so we always have them open :)

The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. to prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like toilet paper/sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we've provided in the bathroom. we simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday.

When the air conditioning is on please keep windows and doors closed because we don't want the birds getting a cold or the bird flu! 😉
All jokes aside, you are of course free to use them to have a comfortable stay, we just want to kindly ask you to use them sensibly, i.e. don't leave it open when you leave, so that we can also save some increased costs from the electricity bill as the prices have risen all over Europe, which are difficult for us to handle as a private house since we are not a business. Temperatures are set in a range, as in most hotels. 22-26 degrees Celsius. It's a tried and tested range and I don't think you'll have a problem as the house is inherently cool! :D

Being a family home, we also have a no-smoking policy(although you are welcome to smoke either out front or in the balconies), also we do not want to pollute the nature we are surrounded by, which is why we will supply you with ashtrays, just be careful of the wind spreading them on things you might leave outside for example - we suggest for you to bring them back inside once you're done using them

There is a basement but it is unusable and as a precaution, we have put marking tape on it, because sometimes the fact that it gets water can be missed when reading the descriptions. In any case, we'd feel bad if something you accidentally stored there got wet <3
.
Please note that while it is indeed true that the house is next to a road, it is not that noisy since it's not as busy as a main road especially ones in Nea Peramos. We haven't had an issue with that. As for the garden/nature mentioned , it's true there are many baby trees ... It's big and in a remote location not surrounded by other buildings, but it is not as lush jungle yet... Some may even bear fruit depending on the season you may come! They are growing just like us, we are new as hosts after all and we are growing too...

Internally, all areas have mosquito nets, for your comfort there are two toilets (one on each floor), two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen! In the living room, there is an Xbox One with an active Disney+ subscription for you. In the kitchen, you will find cooking utensils, salt, and sugar, a kettle, a coffee maker, an air oven, induction hobs, a dining table with a sofa, a fridge, and a freezer. The washing machine and ironing board are also stored there. Finally, in the cupboards under the sink, you will find the necessary cleaners in case you want to use them! Upstairs is the spacious toilet which has a bathtub for moments of relaxation! The first bedroom consists of two bunk beds with a built-in pull-out desk and power socket nearby, and a wardrobe for your clothes!

In the other bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there is a large wardrobe with a built-in full-length mirror and a door to the balcony. There is no TV here or in the previous bedroom, we need to be transparent about that. Personally, we consider it a good thing in the whole atmosphere of unloading from our frequent lifestyle and it contributes to the generally relaxed nature of the house... But we won't lie, sometimes we cheat and watch Disney+ on our mobile phone or tablet! :D

Outside there is plenty of space on the property, parking space for two cars, and a BBQ grill along with a large table with benches!
