Disconnect and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway with the best sea views in Gibraltar.
This unique property is the largest within the new development "Riviera Mews".
It is nestled in the beach promenade at the quaint Catalan Bay Village and has access to a sandy beach cove and Gibraltar's most beautiful beach.
The apartment is able to comfortably accommodate 4 guests, but can additionally accommodate 2 more people, which makes it ideal for additional family members or friends.
The open plan living dining room space and bedroom mezzanine area enjoy large window apertures which permit the special Mediterranean light to flood the apartment throughout the day. Sunrises are truly special throughout the year.

- Elegant shower room with vanity unit and additional powder room (WC + Vanity Unity) within bedroom area, for maximum convenience
- Private terrace ideal for year-round "Al Fresco" dining or plan an early breakfast and start the day by enjoying spectacular sunrises from the property
- High-capacity washer/dryer will conveniently respond to all your washing needs
- An Italian sofa seat folds into a Queen size bed and a separate single sofa seat provides an additional bed at ground level if needed
Mezzanine Level:
- Master-suite bedroom with a super king size mattress and en-suite half-bathroom
- A single sofa seat provides for an additional bed at this mezzanine level also, if needed
- A console desk in case you need to work remotely or ideal as a dressing table
- Truly unequalled, panoramic views from every aspect of the room
Extra guests:
- Both single sofa seats on the ground and mezzanine levels fold into a wide single bed (109x180).
