Villa Pula Bay with Pool

Perfectly located just 2 km from the centre of Pula and Amphiteatre and 150m from the sea, our villa is ideal for a relaxing stay. At 3km you can reach all mayor attractions and beaches. It consistes of 3 apartments: one for 6 persons, one for 4 and one for 2 persons, rented all 3 together. It provides more privacy than a classic villa as it has 3 kitchens with 3 dining rooms and living rooms, 3 seating areas in the garden.
The beaches Valbandon and Puntižela are cca 3 km away. The beaches are mostly rocky and pebble. We suggest also the beaches in Fažana, at 5 km and visiting the national park Brioni (islands).
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance from 300-600m. The bus station is at 600m.
The swimming pool with fresh water and plastic walls, is 6.5 x 3m and deep approx 1,35m which makes it ideal for the safety of children. The outdoor pool is available from May to October depending on weather conditions. It is a private pool used only by the guests of the villa.
A spacious, well arranged garden of 1500m2, is one of the favorite thing our guests like best about our house. It won the award "Second best garden in Pula" in 2004. There are 3 summer terraces in the garden.
