Located on the sixth floor and overlooking the city, this minimally furnished and modern studio apartment welcomes you with an open-space living room composed of the TV area and a sofa for watching a movie after a day of sightseeing, which turns into a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.); next to it is the dining area with a table for 4 and a modern and complete kitchen, equipped with everything you need for preparing meals just like at home.
Carefully separated from the living area and near the window there is also a comfortable French bed.
A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Locarno is one of the pearls of sunny Ticino, bathed by the gentle waters of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the lake, in an area served by bars and restaurants for all tastes. The area is the Lanca degli Stornazzi, Locarno's small port surrounded by greenery. The Lido di Locarno, with its Termali Salini Spa, the BLU restaurant & Lounge is a perfect place to spend the day at, just 300 meters away. For those who love parks and being outdoors, the Peace Park is 2 minutes away and the Camellia Park is 5 minutes away, where you can admire the beautiful camellias blooming in the right season. 300 meters away, golfers can enjoy the splendid view of Ticino and the experience of the executive course of Golf Locarno.

By car, from the A13 motorway, take the Locarno exit and set your GPS to the apartment in a few minutes.
By train, from Locarno station you can take a 15-minute lakeside walk to the apartment. Alternatively, take bus No. 4 towards "Locarno, Residenza Lido" for 5 stops and get off at "Locarno, Scuola Media". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
