The bathing establishments can be reached in a few moments and are equipped to make everyone's stay, from the youngest to the oldest, relaxing and carefree.

The parking area adjacent to the building is shared, so there is NO reserved parking space, however in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are several areas where you can park your car.

The LAURA apartment is a unique accommodation of its kind: very bright, airy, spacious and comfortable.
The air you breathe upon entering is one of absolute relaxation, thanks not only to the sober, functional, light-coloured furnishings but above all to the small terrace which dominates the town center of Lido degli Scacchi and glimpses the sea!
You will see how pleasant and invigorating it will be to have breakfast while breathing in the healthy sea air early in the morning, you will no longer be able to do without it!
The rooms are large and each room is air conditioned to guarantee you a summer in maximum comfort.
It is composed of a welcoming dining-living area which has a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, a television complete with satellite TV and overlooks the small terrace, which I told you about before.
It has a super-equipped kitchenette, complete with refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a hallway that leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and the other triple , and finally a bathroom equipped with shower.
It goes without saying that the LAURA accommodation is truly a jewel, designed and created to make you enjoy your well-deserved seaside holidays to the fullest!

To guarantee you a safe and relaxing stay, we inform you that we have equipped all mattresses and pillows with white sanitized cotton linen and, above it, with disposable linen in soft non-woven fabric, over which you will have to roll out your staff.

CHECK-IN: from 3.00pm to 6.30pm.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at check-in, equal to €0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of any damages if there are any, at the time of CHECK-OUT.

FINAL CLEANING: is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY upon returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It involves: tidying up the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any food remains, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of the cutlery and plates used, and of the kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out partially, a penalty equal to the cost of €150.00 will be applied.

We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or adults with a written authorization signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.

Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of €50.00 to be paid in cash and on site at check-in.
