Conveniently located less than 2 minutes away from the M27, you are only 10 minutes drive in any direction from Southampton City Centre, Southampton General Hospital and Southampton Parkway Airport.

Providing all the comforts of a modern hotel, with free Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms with built in Netflix, high quality beds and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the kitchen essentials.
Microwave, kettle & toaster provided. Washing machine & drying rack is available to use at the property. Iron and ironing board also.

A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
