The neighbourhood combines the character and atmosphere of old Amsterdam with an abundance of cafés, restaurants, boutiques and galleries just around the corner.

The lively Jordaan is within easy walking distance, known for its cosy cafés, independent shops and picturesque streets. You can also reach the famous Nine Streets, Dam Square and the city centre on foot, while excellent public transport and cycling routes make exploring the rest of Amsterdam effortless.

Despite its central location, the area has a relaxed and residential feel. Start the morning with coffee by the water, wander through the nearby streets and markets, or enjoy an evening drink at one of the many terraces along the canals. It is an ideal base for experiencing Amsterdam at its most charming, right in the middle of the city, yet surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the canals.

The spacious living area features a comfortable lounge, TV and a large dining area, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware and all the essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay.

The ground floor features a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, quality linens, ample storage and a fully equipped private bathroom. A wide staircase leads to the lower level, where two additional bedrooms are located, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom.

All three bedrooms offer a comfortable and private retreat, while the shared patio provides a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The houseboat is ideally located for exploring Amsterdam by public transport, bicycle, car or on foot. With the city centre and Amsterdam Central Station close by, getting around is convenient and straightforward.

From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and is provided free of charge. Alternatively, Amsterdam Airport has excellent train connections to Amsterdam Central Station. From Central Station, the houseboat is approximately an 8-minute tram ride away.

Public Transport
Amsterdam Central Station is easily accessible by tram, providing convenient connections to the city's main attractions and neighbourhoods. From the station, you can also connect to trains travelling throughout the Netherlands, as well as directly to and from Amsterdam Airport.

Parking
If you are arriving by car, there are several large public parking garages in the surrounding area, offering competitive rates. Please note that parking directly on the canals is limited.

For added convenience, we can also provide a **private parking space for €30 per day** in a secure private parking garage. The garage is located only a few hundred metres from the houseboat, making it an easy and convenient option for guests travelling by car.

Walking & Cycling
Many of Amsterdam's most popular attractions, restaurants, cafés and shopping areas are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is also very bicycle-friendly, allowing you to experience the city the way locals do.

We kindly request that you provide your travel details and expected arrival time in advance. Once we receive this information, our team will follow up with further check-in instructions.

Check-In Process
The host will contact you directly to coordinate your check-in. Please note that check-in after 6:00 PM may be possible in consultation with your host and could incur an additional fee. Late check-in after 8:00 PM is only possible by exception and must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. Payment details are securely stored after your reservation is confirmed, but no charge or authorization is made unless the host submits a claim. Hosts may file a claim for damages up to 14 days after your check-out. The amount claimed may differ from the deposit depending on the situation.

Please inform your host of your expected arrival time in advance. You can contact your host directly using the details provided in your reservation confirmation.
