We loved our stay! Our greeter was very helpful in coordinating check in and offering great transportation tips. Property was clean and well appointed. King size bed was quite comfortable. Our only complaint (if we had to have one) is the “balcony” was really small and could barely fit two people. There were two lovely restaurants downstairs that were great for topping the night off.

It was a wonderful place to stay in the center of everything happening in Rome. We were two streets away from all the action, but our street was nice and quiet. The communication was wonderful and transportation to and from the airport was even arranged for us. It was a great stay!!

We loved our stay in this historic building located in a quiet piazza. While the temperatures were in the high 90’s in Rome we stayed cool in the air conditioned apartment. Wi-Fi worked great & communications with the host went smoothly. The location was convenient & includes two great restaurants in the piazza below. No elevator & two flights of steep stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. The host representative, Flavio, unexpectedly ran our luggage up to the apartment when we arrived!

Great location

We had an amazing stay in Rome. This location was great, and it was fantastic to come back to a quiet piazza. The space was wonderful, looked just like the pictures. Great ac in the heat!

Great apartment in the heart of Rome

Wonderful very large apartment in the centre of Rome. Walking distance from most attractions, including the coliseum. Great kitchen, including all the amenities. Located in a cozy square with great restaurants literally steps away. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I took my 82-year-old aunt for a dream week and our stay was so memorable. Dasha's communication was so helpful. Like all foreign travel - especially with a "super senior" - there's always going to be special needs and ALL were addressed. I am looking forward to bringing my wife out to the EXACT SAME SPOT (hopefully in the Spring)!

Excellent in many ways: great location, well equipt kitchen, spacious, cleanNegatives: mostly freezing in early December, indifferent hot water, so you got inly 2 quick hot showers, or 1 bath. Then it ran out!

The property was in an Amazing central location with a trattoria opposite and a short walk from major Attractions. The accommodation was very clean and authentic and the host was very repsonsive and helpful prior to us arriving. Would highly recommend

Beautiful Apartment

A very lovely spacious apartment, located 10 minutes from the Colosseum and 2 great restaurants next door to eat at. The host was wonderful and very polite. There are a lot of steps to be aware of but still the perfect spot to enjoy your Italian getaway!

Clean, bright and ideal location. Everything we needed was within short walking distance. Communication with host was great. Checkin/checkout was easy. If you're looking at this place,I would highly recommend! Nothing negative to say! 😊

We loved our stay in this most amazing apartment. Such a cute little corner of Rome with fabulous restaurants at our doorstep. Most of Romes attractions were within walking distance. The apartment was so beautifully styled with lots of room. If I was ever to come back to Rome I would most definitely be coming back to stay here!!!!

Beautiful apartment in Rome

My wife and I travelled to Rome for the first time and was blown away by Ilaria’s hospitality. She met us upon arrival and gave us a great overview of the property and Rome. She was easy to communicate with and the property was everything you would expect. The cleanliness and location were amazing. We can’t wait to return to Italy to stay here again. Location was excellent - front door did not work well, three flights up but service assistance from the team was very well handled. Unfortunately, I had two elderly women with me and the stairs became a major problem.

Excellent from start to finish

Our host was wonderful from check in through departure. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. We’ve stayed in a variety of neighborhoods in Rome and loved the location. There are close options for grocery. The piazza is very quiet and had 2 options for drinks and food while were were there. I can’t provide any negatives for our stay. I would highly recommend.

Great location and apartment!

You can't get a much better location than Piazza Margana. We've stayed in a lot of areas in Rome, and this was one of our favorites. It's close to lots of attractions and public transportation, but it's a quiet area at night, which was appreciated. The apartment is as nice as the pictures! And Ilaria (the host) was very helpful and responsive. The stairs were not an issue for us, but it is something to keep in mind as there is no elevator (mentioned in the description). This place made us feel we were part of the neighborhood and not just tourists - we'd definitely come back here!

Fantastic

This apartment was so wonderful that we could have happily stayed for the rest of our lives. The furnishings were comfortable, elegant, welcoming and ideal for lounging around after a full day of walking. The kitchen had everything anyone would want for cooking dinner. The location is perfect for all the sights as well as for ice cream and markets. Our hostess Ilaria was the best ever — she was waiting for us when we arrived and answered questions right away. Recommend this apartment for anyone looking fora perfect roost in Rome.

Multiple issues. First, they promised two BEDrooms, but one of the rooms was super small (see image for reference). Second, there was a hot water issue. Most of the time, the hot water was not working, and it took a few hours to make it work. Third, some of the photos provided do not match the actual place. The photos are outdated. Finally, I found bed bug. See attached image. All towels weren’t properly clean.P.S. asking VRBO for half refund.

Unfortunately the boiler had accidentally been switched off, so there was intermittent hot water until it was switched back on. We have never had any complaints about the bedrooms nor the linens, and we are sure that there were no bedbugs as we did not find any when you left and we did not have any complaints from previous or successive guests.
