Lovely pool area with 6 sun loungers and sun parasols, pool cover, heated in winter, pool size 8.7 mtrs. x 3.5 mtrs. depth 1 mtr. to 1.4 mtrs. great poolside jacuzzi. wi fi and internet TV. ceiling fans, all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher. oven, hob. Situated down short walkway from street, quiet location, corner plot. Garden areas has lemon tree and lime tree. Poolside towels beach towels supplied and welcome pack. If late arrivals then ask possibly for a late departure. Security grills on all windows including patio windows.
Easy walking distance to ocean and beach and all the facilities in Callao Salvaje. A very good amount of excellent restaurants, good bus service to other areas and taxi service. Friendly bars some with sports tv and music.

Check in was so easy, the villa had everything we needed, spacious and clean, ample towels for shower and pool. Lots of pillows. Cynthia was only a call away. Would recommend and can't wait to rebook.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. Great pool, Jacuzzi and house that provided everything we needed. Cynthia has been very friendly and helpful. We would stay there anytime in the future again.

Fantastic Stay

The property was positioned perfectly, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.The transport links on the island are brilliant and the accommodation is a short walk to the bus stop which has excellent links into Costa AdejeWe wouldn't hesitate to book again

Nice sized villa although kitchen area very small especially if more than 2 guests had been staying.Bedrooms were comfortable and 3 bathrooms a great feature.Pool was lovely and a nice temperature each day.Property could do with some TLC in terms of paintwork etc.Overall a really nice pplace to stay.

Lovely villa .Loads of space on suite bathrooms in the 2 main bedrooms extra shower toilet coming off hall . Everything you need and more .Then outside had an awesome pool and hot tub and loungers too catch the sun .Overall excellent property

Great villa in a great location

I stayed here with my wife and son (aged 7) for a week, a what a lovely week it was. The villa is well equipped and in a peaceful area. The pool is a good size and was lovely and warm. The jacuzzi is a welcome relaxation. There is a BBQ and sheltered outdoor area for al fresco dining. The kitchen indoors had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the town center which has a good supermarket, around ten restaurants and a good french bakery. We made day trips to Aqualand, Siam Park and Fanabe beach, although the local beach is also very pleasant. In short, we had a wonderful week and doubtless will be back.

Fantastic holiday Villa.

We had an amazing holiday at Cynthia's villa. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing house. Bedding and plenty towels provided.(coloured towels for outside at the pool and white towels for inside, great idea) Kitchen area is small, but has every dish and utensil you could think of. We ate out a lot, so it wasn't a problem. The washing machine and drying area was a bonus. Makes a difference when you have young ones wanting to change outfits 3 times a day. We didn't use the hot tub, pizza oven or bbq, as we didn't find the time, but the pool was well used by all of us. It was heaven to get up in the morning and have a dip in the pool before going out. And then come home, quick shower and jumping back in the pool. Perfect. The villa is in a small residential area, but once you are in the villa, you wouldn't know there were any houses around you. The villa is gated and very secure and private. The owner, Cynthia, regularly kept in touch with us, from booking, up to us leaving. We were a 5 mins stroll to the nearest shops. The main road had every shop you could need. Gifts, bakery, Pharmacy, Bars, cafes. Plenty restaurants, catering for all tastes, from currys, burgers, english breakfast to fish, pizza and ice cream.The beach is about 10 mins walk from the villa and it was an amazing day. There is a beach restaurant that made the most amazing Pizza. We used public transport every day (number 471 bus takes you everywhere) for amazing days out. We are definitely coming back.

Luxus Villa?

Es ist keine Luxusvilla, außer dem Pool. Gläser zusammengewürfelt. Die Betten waren durchgelegen. Gartenmöbel gehören ausgetauscht. 2 Duschen nicht nutzbar, da sie viel zu klein sind. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt.

Nice area property needs a re-vamp

The villa is ok needs a lock of paint and a re-vamp towels and bedding need replacing. Kitchen was a mixture of about six dining sets. Knifes need sharpening pans very old . The owner came and told us if we stained the toilet seats she would charge us 70 euro each seat !!! The wi fi doesn’t work and the code was wrong in the Manuel the tv just buffers all the time. One of the fans didn’t work in the bedroom she said someone would come and fix it they didn’t there was a stand up fan to use. The hot tub was mouldy have pictures of it we didn’t use it the pool guy cleaned it the day before we left ! The pool had chipped tiles and at least 4 came off 😳 the pool was warm as we’d paid extra to keep the heater on location was perfect

Hi I was not going to submit my review of their stay, but VRBO kept sending me messages asking for me to give it. So in the end I did, and I was expecting something like the review they gave me, thank goodness I have many many guests who come back to stay at the villa every year. Yes unfortunately we are being plagued by the water resistant suntan lotions people are using which is causing a lot of damage, like as they say yellow staining in the jacuzzi which is quite a new one and costs a lot of money. The electrician said the ceiling fan in the one bedroom would need replacing as the motor had gone. This has now been done. Due to hot weather the top step on the pool goes dry which causes the small pool tiles to dislodge. need to replace the water regularly. I am very pleased to say that most people leave our villa in a tidy condition and look after it. But unfortunately this was not the case here.

A really nice villa

Had a very relaxing stay in this homely villa. The heated pool was very welcome. It’s a very short walk to the restaurants and bars in the town, but it’s easy to walk into the bigger centre of Playa Paraiso. Callao Salveje is also well placed to explore more of Tenerife by car as it is so close to the motorway. I would recommend this for families or couples who want a relaxing holiday but within fairly easy reach of the more lively resorts.

Great villa with pool

The open plan living/kitchen/dining area was perfect for our family (4 adults and an infant) The bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the beds were comfortable. They each had their own bathrooms. Outside there were plenty of seating areas so you could always find a cooler spot somewhere around the villa. Around the pool were sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool was a good temperature. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but it looked clean. We usually had to drive around a bit to find a parking space but as there are three paths leading to the gate, we were never far away. Cynthia kept in touch and answered any queries quickly. Over all we were very happy with the accommodation and would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone asking!

Relaxing & long-awaited paradise

Great spacious villa with a beautiful pool and hot tub in a quiet neighbourhood. Shops, restaurants and a picturesque (black) sandy beach all within 5 mins walk. Our family had a fantastic 7 days relaxing at Cynthia’s place, enjoying the pool and outdoor space which gets sunshine all day. The kitchen was well equipped and Cynthia provided a cot and high chair for us. Would highly recommend and will be returning!

Excellent Villa

One of the best Villa's we have stayed in tenerife nice and clean Callao Salvaje is a wonderful place with everything you need if you didn't hire a car Heated pool was fantastic Kitchen had everything you needed The downside was that the Jacuzzi was faulty We arrived on Saturday and the water was murky and cold We thought we would give it a day or so for it to settle down as we have experienced this before By Tuesday there was no change so we contacted Cynthia who called the pool man straight away but He didn't come until Thursday because He said He totally forgot When He arrived and checked it over He said it needed a new filter but He couldn't get it until Friday On Friday He came and fitted the filter and said He would be back in half an hour to check it was working ok He didn't come back until over 2 hours and said He totally forgot again When He checked it there was no difference and He didn't know what the flashing fault code meant We left on Saturday without having the use of the Jacuzzi which is why we chose this Villa I would definitely rent this Villa again if the Jacuzzi is sorted out Apart from the problem with the Jacuzzi we had a wonderful stay at this Villa and I would highly recommend it Paul and Karen

hi glad you enjoyed the villa. apologies for the jacuzzi being faulty. It turned out we had to have new parts and had to call the spa company technician to supply and fit them, which because of exchange rates now cost us 450 euros. The jacuzzi is working fine again now, and we will continue to have it at the villa as guests do enjoy it, but occasionally things of course do go wrong. perhaps next visit you will have the use of the jacuzzi.

A fantastic, well-equipped villa - best we saw

A wonderful house, having all necessary equipment and materials. Located in a very quiet place but close to supermarkets, restaurants and not far from the local beach (although the beach has more pebbles than sand, and the sand is black). The host is very supportive - she dealt with all our request pretty quick (both before and during the stay). A great pool that we loved to use in the morning (while the ocean is too cool).

I am from the UK and came to Tenerife with other people who wanted to start businesses in the area. And I came because of the lovely climate. I have met some lovely guests who return to my villa year after year and call it their second home.

I have lived in Callao Salvaje for many years and I live in villa quite close to my villa 127 in Sueno Azul. Callao Salvaje is a friendly village type resort close to the ocean and beach and there are numerous good restaurants as well as some friendly local bars. Good bus and taxi services to all areas.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I think the property is unique because it is in quiet location, within easy walking distance from all the facilities in Callao Salvaje. It is situated at the end of a walkway from the street. calle taoro, and the villa in its own walled grounds. It also has a lemon tree and lime tree in the grounds and a poolside jacuzzi as well as a lovely swimming pool, heated in winter months.
