The apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.

House Rules:

1. Minors

Minors (children and teenagers under 18) are not allowed to enter or stay at the property unless accompanied by a responsible adult and previously reported to the host.
If a minor will be staying at the property, the primary guest must notify the host before check-in and, if requested, provide a copy of the minor’s identification and that of the legal guardian or responsible adult, in accordance with local regulations.
Failure to comply may result in the appropriate authorities being notified.

2. Visitors and Additional Guests

Visitors are welcome as long as the total number of people inside the apartment does not exceed the permitted occupancy.
The standard occupancy is 4 guests.
Beginning with the 5th registered guest or overnight visitor, an additional fee of USD $25 per person, per night will apply.
Visitors may remain in the apartment for a maximum of 12 consecutive hours and must leave no later than 12:00 a.m. (midnight).

3. Private Gatherings

Private gatherings are permitted with a maximum of 8 people inside the apartment, including registered guests and visitors.
Example: if the reservation is for 4 guests, each guest may invite one additional visitor, for a maximum of 8 people.
All visitors must leave by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges and immediate cancellation of the reservation.
The building is monitored by 24-hour security staff and security cameras in all common areas.

4. Noise Policy

To respect the neighbors:
* Sunday through Thursday: no excessive noise or loud music/TV after 10:30 p.m.
* Friday and Saturday: quiet hours begin at 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Guests are expected to comply with all building regulations and follow instructions from building management and security personnel.

5. Respect for the Community

Please be respectful of neighbors and common areas at all times.
If you experience any issue, damage, or emergency related to the apartment, contact the host immediately. Assistance is available 24/7.

6. Toilet Use

Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, cigarette butts, or any other objects down the toilet.
Any plumbing repairs resulting from misuse will be the guest’s responsibility.

7. Trash Disposal

Organic waste and bathroom trash must be disposed of in the trash chute located in the common hallway directly outside the apartment. If you are unsure of its location, please ask the host.
Glass bottles and recyclable materials may be left outside the apartment for the building staff to collect.

8. Check-in and Check-out

* Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance by the host.

9. Keys and Building Access

The building’s main entrance is secured with a double-lock system. The keys are provided inside the apartment upon check-in.
For your convenience and security, we strongly recommend carrying the building keys with you whenever you leave the apartment, as the building concierge may be performing other duties throughout the property and may not always be available at the entrance to open the door.
Guests are responsible for any replacement costs in the event that the keys are lost.

10. Bed Linen and Towels

Please take proper care of all bed linens, blankets, pillowcases, and towels.
Avoid using body oils, makeup, hair dye, self-tanners, or any products that may permanently stain or damage the fabrics.
Guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently damaged items.

Please note that any intentional or accidental damage to the bed linens, sheets, towels, or other bedding items may result in additional charges.

* Avoiding the use of oils, tanning products, hair dyes, bleach, or any other substances that may stain or damage the linens.
* Not placing heavy or sharp objects on the bed that could tear or damage the sheets or bedding.
