3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Guests will be charged for any material damages if they occur.
4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed with the host.
6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
