The recently renovated apartment is located in a private property closed by a gate and surrounded by greenery where peace and tranquility are at home. It consists of a bright living room with double sofa bed and TV, modern kitchen equipped with induction burners and oven, bathroom with Jacuzzi. The exterior opens onto a large paved outdoor area equipped for eating. It is also the ideal location for lovers of nature and quiet, despite the size, it offers large open spaces and is inserted in a comfortable context full of privacy.
