This property has three suites (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower and access to balcony. This accommodation has an automatic light and curtain system. The living room and dining room, in open space, give access to the balcony that offers a nice leisure area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is also a social toilet available. This property is prepared to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Double parking in a private box. Direct access, very private. Wi-Fi available in all areas.
AREA Property situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal. This apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, which have several international renowned stores and movie theatres. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can travel to Funchal city centre (5 min by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants. Also, in the Funchal’s city centre there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Perfect
Spacious and comfy apartment with many nice restaurants nearby. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the private garage was a big plus. All good. :)

Good but not perfect
Very big and new luxuary apartment on a good location to explore the island by car. Many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Unfortunately some details are missing to make it perfect. Several items were already defective (kitchen closet door, lights, bathroom faucet) or not working properly (automatic curtains). If they can fix these details, it is a great stay, as long as you do not care about the busy and noisy road behind the gardens hedge.
